Who We Are

Associated Constructors Company is a commercial interior finishing contractor located in Bloomington, (Central) Illinois. Spencer Vatterrodt, David Vance and Gary Oehler were previously co-workers in the construction industry when they founded Associated Constructors Company in 1984. Throughout its history, the Company’s principles have remained the same. Integrity, honesty and long-term relationships with suppliers are an integral part of its success.

Many of its employees have worked for the Company for 25 years and take great pride in quality workmanship, are safety conscious and share in the Company’s growth. Because the Company can self-perform a multitude of services, it gives customers the convenience of a “one-stop shop” for interior finishing. The Company’s owners are daily participants in its operations.

No matter how large or small a project, the Company is proud of its reputation as the company that gets things done on schedule, on budget and with superior quality.
